•  Upon participation, customer automatically agrees to the terms and conditions of the campaign
• The campaign is valid for a period of 40 days.
• Offer is valid from 01/02/2024 to 01/03/2024.
• Offer is valid for all customers aged 18 years and above
• Offer is valid only at the selected 80 petrol pumps in UP.
• No communication from customer will be entertained will regard to the selection of prizes
• Prize (Selection of prize winners) will be conducted through a computerised draw link through a committee formed by HPCL
• The customer is required to preserve the original Bill of the purchase of fuel, based on which the he/she has entered the offer for claiming the prize, if any, won by him/her. Loss/mutilation of the original Bill shall disqualify the customer. No photocopies of Bills shall be accepted.
• HPCL reserves the right to conduct verification of the bills issued to customers from the retail outlets.
• Neither HPCL nor the agency is responsible for the performance of the product
• Subject to Prayagraj jurisdiction only.
• Winners of bike have to the goverment of india prize tax of 31.2% to claim the same.
• Registration fees road tax insurance to be borne by the winner.
